Error I12

I bought last March 2011 a LS-WX4.0TL/R1. Micro program version is 1.34 and the HDD (Raid1) is 8.2% used.

 

Since a couple of days, I am experiencing I12 error message “The RAID array is being degraded mode”

 

Is somebody have a issue for this ?

you have an error on one of the HDD's, log onto the web admin page -> System -> Storage -> array1 -> select the problem HDD (the other one will be greyed out anyways) -> Rebuild RAID array.

The process will take upwards of 12 hours.

I managed process as you suggested me. I launched a rebuilt "RAID 1" operation. Nearly 48 hours later the operation was still running.

 

Then I turned the electric power "OFF" then "ON". It appears that DISK2 is re-formated (dont worry, I saved my data before this !). Regarding DISK1 the situation is not statisfactory. "STATUS" and "DISK MODE" are both mentioning  "ERROR"and the "FORMAT DISK" button is greyed out.

 

What can I do to solve this problem ?
