« on: September 09, 2011, 04:42:54 PM »

I have just bought one and fired it up as per instructions. When connected to my Router (BT Home Hub) after a minute of flashing blue I get a sold amber light (not flashing. The router has assigned an IP address but the installer cannot find the device "not discoverable"

Have tried connecting to my PC - this time the light does go to blue, but still not discoverable........help!!!!

It just means a firmware update is available for your unit.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebnetworks.com and we will get it fixed!

What step are you on? It should let you set everything up without doing the update. Once your able to sign in there is a tab that will go online and get the update and install for you.
