I dont think there's an E25 error on that unit, are you sure you have the sequence correct?

Make sure as Davo said to follow the sequence especially the part about making your computers ip address 1 higher than the linkstations. Also make sure you are using the tftp that is mentioned earlier in this post the kirwood one, not the one from the buffalo website.
