Backup destination drive is not found

help... i have PXT500U2, after plug in to my laptop, i can see additional drive from My Computer, but when i click on backup setting utilities, come to step 4/7, is shown "Any backup destination drive is not found", even though i can open that drive from my computer....

i use buffalo backup utility come together with buffalo hardisc
