When trying to access NAS with Symantec BE 2010 R2, I get "access denied"

Windows server 2003, TeraStation PRO TS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.35, Symantec Backup Executive 2010 R2

before upgrading to BE 2010, I could communicate with the NAS with "user defined selections"

now, using the same approach with 2010 R2, I receive an "access denied"

Any suggestions about how to connect?
