Secure Lock Ware
« on: April 12, 2011, 08:43:12 AM »

Just bought a new Buffalo Ministation for some data encryption useage, runs the SLM.exe and created 100G for encryption. Found that it created files ending with .001, 002, 003 to 025. and SLW.

Please advise what does all is files for ? I tried to remove any 1 of the file and my encryption is gone, i found it dangerous if anyone accidentally del anyone of the file all my important data will be gone...

How do i keep my data safe and protected from del ?

HowHow Encryption

You need to put a in a password in the first place to get into the hard drive to delete those files.

When you set up the secure lockware software it will ask you to create a password. Open up the SLM.exe and follow the on screen instructions.
