Accessing Folders

I have a ts-wxl645 joined to the network through active directory. I have one shared folder setup with restrictions. It will work for a few days and then go back to prompting for logins when I try to access the path. If I go in and check the restrictions, domain users are there so it should be set.

 

If I go back in and changed the AD server and WINS settings, it will work for a few days, and then stop again.

I have 12 of the TS-RH4.0TGL/R5 devices that have been doing the exact same thing for several years.  Doesn't always affect the servers from accessing them as a mapped drive, but sometimes it does.  I have to do the same thing you've mentioned.

What version of server are you running?

Windows 2008 AD Domain.
