I used to be able to read the files on my HD-CE500UE on this computer, but for some reason I no longer can. I have not dropped, wet or done any other damage to the drive. It has been stationary and has been plugged in through a surge protector. When I try to access the drive, the only file coming up says S:S: (64kb). If I look in device manager, there are 40gb of data stored on the drive. How can I access them?
