This is my last buffalo product, it is just way to complicated to get this to work, & from what i can see from the tech support, there is no help.

I can connect via the web http://buffalonas.com/ & from the android  webaccess A at home when connected to Wifi (which is where the buffalo linkserver is plugged into, but when i try not on the wifi it never works, which is pointless it does not work on my Android nor, pc.

I have a Netgear N150 Model DGN1000 any Help PLEASE.  & UpNP is enabled.

Hi,

There was a problem before, which I believe it was resolved 1 or 2 months back.

Screen capture and post your configuration page here.

You can access from local WiFi and not from your 3G. Unlikely you can access from outside WiFi.

I guess your Buffalo registered itself to Buffalonas.com, It is likely that your Netgear port forwarding is not complete.

Upnp probably wasn't working for your Netgear, so sklp auto UPnP and try manual configure. Port forward 9000 to your Buffalo NAS IP.

You are near to getting it complete :)

Epalite is correct. The only reason it would not work off of wifi is because port forwarding is not complete....

I am having the same trouble. I can access buffalonas.com/mynas through the pc but not the android. I'm getting the "unable to find NAS server." error.

I finally got in to my router settings. I have a Cisco RVS4000. I went to single port forwarding, settings are:

External Port 9000

Internal Port 9000

Protocol TCP

IP Address [192.168.1.***] (my buffalo address)

Enabled - checkmarked

What am i doing wrong?

Hello,

   I have a LS-WTGL/R1-V3 F/W 3.10 Linkstation.

While using my PC, I can access it via my home network or the internet.

I can log onto BuffaloNas.com and enter my device name and it connects just fine.

The same applies to the browser in my Android device (Galaxy S7 edge.)

What does not work, is when I try to use the WebAccess A app.

I enter my BuffaloNas.com name as I do above, but I get the following:

Unable to find NAS server.

I have my router set to forward port 9000 and it does for everything but this.

What could I have wrong?

My Web browser connects just fine on or off the LAN.
