Pro Duo can only be seen when directly connected to pc

Tried serveral thinks including reflashing the FW but its still not showing up when conected to the router. Tried setting it to DHCP and static IP's with the right subnet  but it doesnt even show up on the routers conected devices. Can access the drive perfectly when using the 192.168.11.150 directly conected via LAN.

 

Any ideas?

Even if it doesnt show up in the routers connected devices, are you able to ping it or access it through windows by going to start then run and \\theipaddressofthenas?
