when returning faulty

hard drives to buffalo do i have to pay for the shipping or does buffalo send out a return bag? also is a statement/purchase log from paypal enough for proof of purchase? i never received a receipt in the box the drives arrived in..

Buffalo will pay the shipping to you and you pay the shipping to us.  I dont believe that a pay pal receipt will be sufficient proof of purchase but I would contact customer service just to make sure.  Here is the number below.
