RAID is not a replacement for a backup! Here's why.
This drive was working fine then I could not access or see it for mapping. The FW is 2.10 and shows up in the NAS Navigator. It is like it never exsisted and I can't log in to it. I have tons of data on it that is not backed up.
What does the nas navigator show for the status of your unit? If your unit does not show the status of your unit then you will need to download the latest version of the nas navi software.
