'Could not access directory' - Linkstation LS-QL

Model: LS-Q4.0TL/R5, F/W Ver: 1.11 RAID5 , Delegate Authority to External SMB Server Giga Network (Cat6) Domain Server: HP GL360, Windows 2003 Server Workstations: WinXP, Vista, Win7 (32 & 64 bit) We have a small office network with 25 workstations. Some of our workstations receiving Error "Could Not Access Directory" , while trying to save their file / job. After restarting the workstation (or sometimes exiting from the particular software and re-opening), works again and the error appears again after a while. Appreciate your quick response with a resolution.

Are there any permissions set up on these folders?

Yes. But all these users have Full Permission on that folder.
