I have performed a clean install of latest Windows 10 Home, all is fine but my LinkStation stopped showing up in Network.

Please note that I have disabled the Media Server, I use my LinkStation only as file server.

before this clean install it showing up normally, nothing is changed on LinkStation. It is still showing up normally in Windows 7 Computer, Windows 8 Laptop. Why is it so?

I had to access it through IP address (\\192.168.XXX.XXX) or NetBIOS (\\LS-WXLXXX) name and create a Quick Access shortcut

It's something going on in Windows 10. You might try to see if this fixes it:

Does it show up in NAS Navigator?
