Does Link Station Duo support FTP Client to download from others server?

I want to download files from others FTP server to Link Station NAS, is it support that?

Is there a FTP client program in this product?

Just map a share on a computer and transfer the files directly into that mapped share.  There is not an FTP client in the firmware you need to download one (I usually recommend filezilla but it's not an official buffalo recommendation).  You just enable the service itself through the interface.

But once you turn off the pc, the transfer will stop? How can you make the Linkstation download via FTP similar to how it's bittorent client works - that you can leave it downloading without the need for a pc?

The linkstation is an FTP server not an FTP client (which is what you need)
