RAID is not a replacement for a backup! Here's why.
You can turn the DTCP off, if it's conflicting with other features. However, if the LS Duo is connected to the internet, it will perform auto-updates and default to DTCP on, if rebooted.
I've forwarded this issue to our QA group.
Hi drmemory,
i know, i donīt let the LS go in the internet. Iīve gave him only internal access. This is ok for me, for now. Sad, the function to access from the internet doesnīt work in this case.
But ok, i hope there will be a fix in the future.
if there are other devices in your setup, that are not DTCP compliant, there will be conflicts with the DTCP - that's part of the DTCP standard. It restricts unauthorized use of copyrighted material. It would be good to check your other devices, to ensure their DTCP is up to the latest version.
