Lost Authentication When Connect Usb Disk

Hi, i have my terastation TS-RX2.0TL/R5. The firmware is 1.50

- The nas are in the domain.

- The share are with domain users authentication.

- The backup of my nas are scheduled in two usb disk.

 

My problem is when change the usb disks for the backup, the integrated authentication of my users fail, too entering manually the credentials fail.

only works again when reboot the nas or again to configure the share.

 

this problem is affecting to users critical.

 

i wait for your recommendations

So are you saying that every time you disconnect the USB drive you have to reapply permisions to the share? It doesn't have open access?

hi,

exactly, when disconnect usb disk, i have the reapply permissions to the share with restrictions for some users domains.

 

any idea?
