I'm running Windows 7 Pro and would link to use the built in "Sync" function with my Linkstation Quad which was just updated to the latest firmware. Right now I have 3 network storage devices: My router WNDR3700 with a usb HDD hook up, the LS Quad, and an old linksys NAS200. The other two have the  "files available offline" option on the right click menu but the LS doesn't. I have found a few topics about this but none with solution. They are all mapped similarly and I have turned off any kind of access restrictions. Is there a solution to this?

What "sync" function are you referring to?

I'm back to trying to get this to work. I found a few postings that say buffalo does not support this, is this still the case? I'm now wanting to include NAS folders in the win 7 libraries and the only way that would work is if the network folders are indexed and in order to be indexed they have to made available offline.
