Terastation TS-XEL/R5 and Active Directory limit and problems

Hi,

I bought one Terastation TS-XEL/R5 to be configured as part of an Active Directory tree that contains more than 30.000 users and 15.000 groups.

 

I'm able to setup the TS to be part of the AD but then when I try to search the Domain Users after a while I receive an empty page and no users are in. Internet Explorer also erport a generic HTML error in the application status page.

 

The same result I got if I try to reach Groups instead.

 

What can cause this limitation ?

Could it be that our AD is too huge in terms of users and group number ?

Does any workaround exist to solve this problem ?

there is a limtation of 10,000 users for implemenation for AD.

The Terastation is intended for a small/medium business, not a large organization such as your one.
