My LinkStation Live failed and getting an RMA was straight forward enough, followed the instructions and sent the unit back.
The faulty unit was delivered to Buffalo RMA on the Thursday 19th August and have not had any communication at all since then. Customers services cannot help, RMA are only contactable by email and they do not reply.
Does anyone have contact phone numbers for RMA?
Is this typical?
Can anyone help please?
