Just download and update the firmware.  You can download the firmware from our website under the downloads section.

If I update this firmware, are the files inside the HDD will be secure?

Thanks

A firmware update will not harm the data.

Please disable the firewall. Updating is aboarted" i've already disable the firewall, the network, i think is fine, coz i can ping into the address and it replied. please advice thanks

There is still something running in back ground.  What kind of anti-virus software do you have?

You can use Window's, Linux is not supported.  Directly connect it via ethernet and set a static IP on your NIC on the same subnet as the unit.

I've tried already, still cannot.

Is this step is right?

Install the Tera Navigator, then set the Ip add, and the subnet ... but in the tera navigator, it can't read the HDD capacity, It said unformatted?

is there any problem with the hard disk?
