LS-WVL stoped sending reports

In the  past my linkstation pro duo (LS-VWL) stopped sending email status reports. This stopped after upgrade to fw 1.56 and has never been back again. 

also after update to the recent fw 1.60 it did not return. The test email gets delivered though.

 

any ideas?

Have you reset it to defaults and then reconfigured it?!
