Windows 7 Home HD-CE1.0TLU2-AP Network Storage
« on: February 19, 2010, 03:17:38 AM »

Have recently upgrade from Vista to Win 7 Home. Afore mention device work perfectly on my homenet prior to upgrade. Now have tried all that I know to log on to this drive via network, but keep getting Log on Failure: Bad User name or password.

All other computer have networked ok, it is only this device that has a problem.

Any suggestions??

Thank you.

This unit is not yet supported with windows 7 but we are working hard to get it supported.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

There are 2 work arounds you can try, the first being from buffalotech.com downloads if under product you choose by product name and select "Linkstation Gigabit" there is a Vista fix option that updates the registry, the other option is as follows http://www.windowsreference.com/windows-vista/unable-to-access-files-on-mac-system-from-windows-7/
