Description

The NAS check the date and time when it is started, and if it is before December 1, 2005 or after December 1, 2020, it will be changed to 2007/11/01.

Occurrence condition: NTP setting disabled, NTP setting enabled but unable to communicate with NTP server

Impact
- Domain participation not possible
- Inaccessible to cloud storage * 1
- TMNAS pattern cannot be updated * 1
- RMS (KikiNavi) registration / connection not possible * 1
- etc. Backup execution, Sleep timer execution

*1 Because the expiration date of the certificate is different.

Workaround
The workaround is to do one of the following:

- Set the time manually after restarting the NAS.
- Please enable the NTP setting and set it so that it can communicate with the NTP server.

For TS3000 or LS200, please update the FW.
