ls-ch1.0tl network connectivity

I have a Linkstation ls-ch1.0tl since a couple of years. After changing the internet provider and getting a new router it is impossible to connect to the linkstation any more.
Facts:
1. The upper LED is on
2. The green LED next to the ethernet port is on
3. The Linkstation boots and shuts down normally
4. I already initialized the Linkstation to reset the ethernet settings without success
5. The LEDs at the ethernet port of the router don't show any activity
6. Connecting the Linkstation directly to the PC was not successful (no activity at the ethernet port)
7. Searching the Linkstation with Buffalo Utility was not successful

I'm running Windows 10 and I would be very glad for support!
