NAS LS420 ON/OFF Switch broke off!

Went to turn off NAS for the first time in perhaps over a year, and the tiny weak little
On/Off Switch broke off completely
. No bit remaining to get to.
What can I do - NAS is now OFF and unusable!?

There's no problem so bad you cannot make it worse

I’ve got some notes on taking these apart and pictures of the board here:

You could try fixing/replacing it. Otherwise you could probably bridge the contacts with solder into a permanent “on”
