I have just purchased a Linkstation LS220DB941, hoping I can create a NAS storage with web access so that I can upload and download my data on go. However, for that couple of two days, I've been stuck with the webaccess setting. Regardless of whether I choose Automatic UPnp or manual forwarding, I always end up with an error message. For example, If I choose the manual forwarding with External and Internal port number 9000, I get the error message "No response recieved from NAS. I have turned on the TCP forwarding on my router for the IP taken by my Linkstation for WAN and LAN ports ranging from 8000 to 10000, and checked the UPnp option as well. But non of these has helped so far. I appreciate it if somebody can help me out.
