I hope you can help me. First of all, sorry for my poor english.
A client of mine has a buffalo ls-qvl with 4x 2TB hard disks, i suppose in raid 5 (not sure of this).
The nas had stopped working, but it remained powered. It was not reachable by web interface and did not respond to ping. Shared folders are not usable.
It cannot be powered off by pressing the power button.
We restarted the nas and we hear a strange noise from a disk. After few seconds the noise stopped and the power led remained blinking blue.
Is there a way to try to repair the nas? Any suggestion to try at least to enter the web interface?
