iPhone app not working with iOS 13...It needs updating.

I am a newbie with a new LS520.  I tried to install the Buffalo mobile app from the Apple App Store on my iPhone XsMax running iOS 13.2.2. It won't install. I contacted Apple and was told Buffalo needs to update the app. I am very disappointed that I can't use the mobile app.  It was one of the reasons I chose Linkstation.  How long does it generally take Buffalo to update?

I am facing the same problem. Very disappointed
