Data recoveryn a Drive Station

I'm out of warranty,my HDLB2 quit working,so I'm trying to connect with Buffalo Data Recovery team.On the site I filled in name,email,and phone #.It won't go thru to them,saying "specify a value for this required field" in the name and phone # boxes.What to do? Tks for your help,anyone!

Seems there's some required field you haven't filled, that's the reason, try to enter full of the required files or if you like, you can try the third-party data recovery program such as Bitwarsoft! Wish you good luck!
