TS-RX2.0TL/R5 shuts down
« on: August 19, 2019, 11:37:52 PM »
Loaded TS-X_FW1.72 on the device recently and it ran on the workbench attached to the network for about a week solid.
Mounted in rack with same cables as bench, started up, everything looks normal.
It shuts down after about 3-4 minutes.
I've checked the shutdown/sleep/wake timers, all are off.
I've replaced all of the cables and still shuts down on its own.

Any ideas?

  • There's no problem so bad you cannot make it worse

There is a switch on the back for "manual"/"auto". I think in auto mode it powers off fairly quick if there is no activity.

There is also a serial port (the headphone jack) on the front, if you get the proper adapter you could see what's going on from the console output.
