LS-WX2.0TL/R1 - Function light flashes once and reboots
« on: August 20, 2019, 10:48:54 AM »
My unit just started doing this. Power on and sounds like it is booting(hear drives spinning) and then it stops, flashes a single red function light and reboots. It keeps doing that until turn off or unplugged.
Tried doing the hold function button for 10 seconds while turned off but, no change. I haven't found anything on the forums related to this issue.

The manual lists the codes flashed by the led, it should give you some idea of what is going on.

I didn't see any codes for the function light. It just gives me the one second red function led and reboots. No error/info codes.

hmm, how long does it take for that to happen?

If it's only a second or two I would think the power supply isn't providing enough power for the device to start booting.

what happens if you try it without any drives in it?

That was it. Pulled the drives and it stayed on. Tried a different power supply with drives in and it's still running with no errors.

Thank you!
