I have a TS5800D where recently I got the issue where I cant access the Webui admin, and in the browser details says "the IP refused to connect". Also, just days before this issue, I had the issue that the credentials didnt work anymore.
Ive tried different browsers, machines, and ethernet ports from the nas. Also, dont save the changes in the nasnavigator.
On the good side, the shared folders ware still available so I could backup the data.
Is there any way to restore or factor reset the nas?
