NAS fail driver

Hi all,
I have a big problem with Buffalo NAS, The HDD#3 was fail, I was changed new HDD but the NAS could not "Re-Build Array1"
Pls help me with this issue,

It appears that you formatted the drive after inserting it before starting the rebuild. If you have a Windows system available I'd advise wiping that drive, then re-inserting it and rebuilding the array without formatting the drive.
