Delayed Write Failed Event 50

   Hi, I have just bought a HD-CE500LU2 nas/usb device. I am getting delayed write failed messages when trying to save a specific file. (always lotus 1-2-3). I have tried forcing 100-f/duplex, and cannot enable jumbo packets on my NIC. MS have a hot fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321733, but the symptoms are not exactly the same. (I get c000020c and not c0000022) I am waiting on tech support to sort out my firmware as the site is reporting that my SN is wrong, but in the mean time, does anyone have any advice on this before I spend hours messing with firmware and the problem lies with NIC or OS. what size are the files you are trying to transfer.  You cannot transfer over 4 GB.  Also save it locally then transfer to the device

I just purchased a 1tb version of the CELU2 and am having the same problem.  In my case it is word perfect 9 and 10 having trouble with documents on two PCs and on another PC, this problem is taking place on a 2.2g .pst file (no huge surprise there).  The switch is a Cisco 3524 and the PCs have Intel 10/100 NICs (real old ones).
