Windows 7 problems

DriveStation HD-CEU2. I switched from XP 32 bit to Windows 7 64 bit. Memeo does not open, I get: 

“Microsoft.NET Framework” error message and can't access MEMEO. I want to clean up my BUFALO ext drive or even reformat it and start from scratch. Any ideas for a beginner?

To reformat the drive is simple.  Does the External Drive show up in My Computer?  If it does you should be able to right-click on the drive and go to Format make sure the file system reads NTFS.  You will have to reinstall MEMEO to the 64bit version.  Go to for the download.
