WAPS-APG600H dead?
« on: January 16, 2019, 11:38:17 am »
I have two of these units and today on one of them the 2.4 radio stopped working.  The web interface would not allow me to enable it,  tried multiple times.  I did a factory reset on the unit and now Im not able to communicate to it at all.  Its not showing up in my DHCP server even with a reservation by mac address.  I tried removing the reservation to see if it would get a new IP.  The mac address is not in DHCP at all.  Ive tried both POE and power adapter.  Ive tried to use the console port which shows nothing.  It was running firmware 1.4.4.  When powering it up the DIAG light remains solid red for about 20 seconds.  I appreciate any help as this unit is out of warranty.  Thanks.

It certainly sounds like it has suffered a failure.

I was able to get it back on the network and update firmware,  but Im back to my original issue, the 2.4 radio will not come on.  I can atleast enable it but the light does not come on and its not showing up in my wifi analyzer
