I14: Checking RAID array 1.

I have had this message for two day now, is this normal? How do I stop it safely?

It's a LS-QVL14D

Serial # 85833644100253

Firmware 1.71
(DTCP-IP:1.65-20130731)

I have the same problem.
Did you find a solution to I14?

Yes and no. I never got a reply from anybody. So after 4 days I decided to take to chance and I unplugged it and wait for about 30 minutes and plugged it back in. I think I got lucky........ and it worked. I then checked some of the data and it seemed OK, then I copied all the data off of it till a new NAS Unit. How full was yours? I believe that is was too full and it didn't have enough room to do it's thing. That might not make sense but please let me know how full yours was please.

Have this problem too.

Description: LS420D NAS Raid0 Array Failed
Problem Details: cannot mount Raid array
always shows checking
it seems hard drives are normal
it has been 3 days it keeps checking.
I only have 2*2TB disks on Raid 0, dont know how to recover the data cause it is very important
It shows like this
