LS420D NAS Raid0 Array Failed

Product Part: LS420D0402-EU
Serial Number: 80059434501887
Description: LS420D NAS Raid0 Array Failed
Problem Details: cannot mount Raid array
always shows checking
Steps taken:
- Check disk on array 1 - no result
- reboot - no result
- firmware upgrade - no result

Somebody help me! The data is really important!

RAID0 and no backup?

Yes ...
The data is not created by me... It has been years and nobody touches the NAS
Unfortunately, I have to use the data now... Could you give me some advice?

You're either looking at a RAID failure (yes it does happen) or bad sectors on one of the disks. Eitherway, if you need the data it would be best to contact a recovery company.

Will the buffalo built-in RAID check helpful? I only have 2 * 2T hard disks but it has already 4 days...

Shall i stop or let it keep on checking?
