tftp mode e06

STRATEGIC:
i have a TeraStation Pro II - TS-H2.0TGL/R5 and it has an error stating ( TFTP MODE E06) where can i find the tfpt boot.exe. Everywhere i went i can not find this model to download the .boot.exe file ? please help need this to be up and running within the next 2 hrs
