Buffalo Linkstation LS420D Bricked, due to bad hard drive. Replaced with newones

I have a Buffalo Linkstation LS420D the drives went bad, I sent off the drives and got the data. I also ordered two new drives and installed them and it powers on, but blinks 7 times. I tried the reset and that isn't working. Need steps to unbrick Buffalo Linkstation LS420D.
