"'shared" folder

SROSEN2004:
Trying to map drives to the 2 drives in my CloudStor Buffalo device. Installed NasNavigator & see the 2 drives but receive an error message asking me to first create a "'shared" folder. How do I do that please?Yellow light for info/error is lit up...Unit has been restarted and unplugged/replugged in to router...
