Do you have a backup? Can should be able to reinstall the unit using the TFTP boot application but it will erase the data on the device.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / LSRecovery.exe file.

I'm not looking to recover the data.  One of the drives went bad so I had to replace it anyway.  I put in a new drive and when I turned on the NAS, it gives me 7 red blinks.  I looked it up and it says its a corrupted firmware and to contact support.  Where can I get the TFTP boot application?
