LS-WXL in Emergency mode, after firmware upgrade still in EM
« on: December 13, 2017, 08:44:22 AM »
My LS-WXL went into Emergency Mode after a power outage.
I have upgraded the firmware as suggested and as per instructions. The firmwre upgrade seems to complete correctly, but when stops, a message pops up saying : "No reponse from LS-WXLEM720. Please check your network settings"
I can find the unit and change the network settings so we connect (IP address seems to get changed during upgrade), but the unit is still in Emergency Mode (this occurs whether I power reset the unit after upgrade or not).
I have repeated the exercise 3 times with the same results.
Am I forgetting to do something so that the unit reboots with the new firmware?
Thanks!

I have the same problem after a power outage.
Did you ever figure it out?

Use WinXP for LSUpdater.exe

You do not need to install Winxp, you can start it from a Bootcd
