Hello: LS210d0201 out of warranty period.
-Will using the function (red) button to initialize the LS210, still have the data saved?
-Since a local power outage last week, the LS210 has not consistently been available. That is, the NAV does not "always" show the LS210. The LS210 does, appear, at apparently random times. The LS210 right now is visible & all data is accessible - on the Mac (sierra, OS 10.12.6). I was able to relogin. However, on the windows 7 side, no login is presented, so I cannot put in the password, to determine if this is an authentication-only problem. At any rate, I have no assurance that the LS210 will consistently be available (in the NAV, in finder on mac, or in explorer in w7.
-Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a software fix or do I need to replace the LS210? I can still move most of the date, up to a certain date, even if not logged in, on the w7 side.
