Search (cmd-f or ctrl-f) the page for "replacement" and it will take you to the correct section.
You might want to consider backing up your existing drives (if they're still accessible). You should be able to backup to external hard drive using the USB. If not, theres a section in the manual for backing up over your LAN.

The drive in a LinkStation 210 is not designed to be replaced. If you manage to get it open and replace it the new drive will not have the OS on it.
