Lost TFTP Image on TS-XE12TL/RS
« on: August 05, 2017, 06:55:24 pm »
I have a TS-XE12TL/RS I had 3 drives go out one at a time before I was able to restore my data. I have now installed 4 good drives into the NAS unit and it is in TFTP mode, has error E06. Can I format this back to factory settings and use the NAS again? Any reply would help, yes/no any information would help. I am wondering if I just need to take the drives out and trash the NAS.

You need the recovery image for the device.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / LSRecovery.exe file.

I don't need my data, but you say I need my image off the drives? All 4 of the old ones? I want to fix the first thing I need to be able to see the drive. Can.t seem to see it or ping it. Is that due to the new drives being installed?
