I have Buffalo terastation TS-HTGL/R5 pro NAS Storage. I can't reach it web interface because problems in IP address, So i need to reset it to its default settings and reconfigure it.
I have tried to press the reset button as mentioned in documents but nothing happened, even the storage did't stop or shutdown
