Is there a way to backup and restore TS-RVHL settings?

I have firmware version 1.24

Use the NS-Shift application.

Using Webaccess a app from samsung galaxy tab a shows "connection target storage server not found" although same setup from nexus works OK.  Any ideas would be welcome please. Using linkstation LS421DE via virgin router.
