Email support replies from other customers

Anyone else getting replies to other person's email tickets?
I have gotten two now. Both answers to other person's questions. Email header looks like it was intended for the other recipient, so I've got no clue yet how I received it. So far they don't seem concerned... got a "please disregard" on it.
Herought:
The back office team are still human so most probably it was just a mistake, so just ignore it as the email says. I did that same mistake before too.
